The National Default Registry  (NDR) has been specifically designed for the exclusive use of Video and Game rental stores.

Video and Game stores lodge accounts with the (NDR) after initial recovery action has failed at store level.

Legal and Commercial Recoveries then lodge all accounts on the (NDR)

Accounts remain on the (NDR) until paid.

Video and Game stores access the (NDR) via a direct secure link from the internet or alternatively via a CD ROM mailed to them on a monthly basis.

Anyone can access the (NDR) to check whether they are listed by going to the  Are You Listed page.
